Why am I receiving this email? Who is Ipsos and what relationship do they have with Bank of America? Ipsos coordinates surveys on behalf of Bank of America. Ipsos is one of the world’s leading market research companies and is a secure Bank of America vendor partner. How can I confirm this is a legitimate program run by Bank of America? The Bank of America Advisory Panel is an official Bank of America customer feedback program. You can verify by visiting bankofamerica.com or the Bank of America mobile app and entering ‘Advisory Panel’ in the search box. Is there another way I can join without clicking the link in this email? Membership in the Advisory Panel is by invitation only. However, if you prefer not to click on any links in this email, you can join the panel by visiting bankofamerica.com/AdvisoryPanel and entering code e823 – 1735891 when prompted. How do I qualify? In order to participate, 1) you must be at least 18 years old, 2) you must be a Bank of America customer and 3) no one in your household can be currently employed in the financial services industry. How are my responses used? Responses are grouped and evaluated by Ipsos to help determine customer opinion. For more information about how your personal information will be used, you can refer to Ipsos’ privacy policy. What kind of awards can I earn by participating? Every time you complete a survey you earn Advisory Panel points. The number of points is based on the length of the survey. The points can then be converted into gift cards for a variety of retailers or charitable contributions. Do I have to complete every survey? No. Answer the surveys you like. Skip the ones you don’t. Each survey usually takes about 10 minutes to complete. What if I don’t receive a confirmation email right away? Look for a separate email from the Advisory Panel to continue the registration process. If you don’t see the email within one hour after you enter your email address, check your SPAM folder. If it’s not there, please send an email to the Advisory Panel Support Team.
